MoldNation SMS Terms

These SMS Terms ("SMS Terms") explain how MoldNation sends text messages to users who opt in to receive text updates.
1) What you'll receive
If you opt in, MoldNation may send you text messages related to your use of MoldNation, such as:
- updates about your request,
- notifications when a pro replies,
- scheduling or follow-up messages you request.
We do not require SMS opt-in to use MoldNation.
2) How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS/text updates box on MoldNation and providing a mobile number.
3) Opting out and help
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP.
For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@moldnation.com.
After you text STOP, we may send one final message to confirm you're unsubscribed.
4) Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity (for example, whether pros reply to your request).
5) Costs
MoldNation does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may apply message or data charges.
6) Privacy
We treat your phone number according to our Privacy Policy.
7) Supported carriers and delivery
Text messaging is subject to your carrier's availability and network conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed.
8) Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when changes were made.
